Alexandros Parys graduated in August 2020 with an LLM in European Public Law and Governance from the Maastricht University. In addition, Alexandros holds a Master’s degree in law with a specialisation in European law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2019). In 2019, Alexandros has also completed a semester abroad at the University College of Dublin.
Before joining the Brussels Bar and Industrious Law in April 2021, Alexandros completed a Blue Book traineeship at the Cabinet of European Commissioner for Justice and Consumer Policy where he assisted the Deputy Head of Cabinet on various files including the setting up of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Communication on digitalisation of justice, the Communication on the New Consumer Agenda strengthening consumer resilience for sustainable recovery and also the criminalisation of infringements to environmental legislation.
Alexandros has been elected for the year 2022-2023 as representative of the 950 French-speaking trainee-lawyers of the Brussels Bar and as president and managing director of the non-profit organization CARREFOUR DES STAGIAIRES (60 active members).
